Welcome to Cabana Mio Holidays. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services and website.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website and booking a Holiday Lifestyle Package, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part, please refrain from using our services.
2. Holiday Package Agreement
All purchases are subject to the terms laid out in the Holiday Purchase Agreement. This includes pricing, levy fees, duration of use, and cancellation policy.
3. Booking and Availability
Flexi Weeks are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. While we guarantee availability of a week each year, specific dates and units are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
4. Payment Terms
All payments must be made via EFT. Credit card payments are not accepted. A 10-year payment plan is available via monthly debit orders managed by Cabana Mio management.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your agreement after 3 years with no penalty. Early cancellations by cash buyers may incur a 20% administration fee and pro-rata refund. No refunds on levy payments are offered.
6. Transfer and Inheritance
You may sell or transfer your Holiday Lifestyle Package to a third party, subject to approval. You may also bequeath your holiday rights in your will.
7. Conduct and Use of Facilities
Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness and respect other guests. Noise disturbances and property damage may result in cancellation of bookings without refund.
8. Changes to Terms
Cabana Mio Holidays reserves the right to update these terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes through the website or direct communication.
